JettingNozzles.com operates exclusively within the United States. We do not sell or ship internationally.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
Non-returnable items include:
- Installed, used, or altered products
- Custom-made or special-order nozzles
- Clearance or final-sale items
2. Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.
To request an RA:
- Email info@jettingnozzles.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
Returns sent without an RA number may be refused.
3. Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- JettingNozzles.com is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos for verification.
If confirmed:
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund
- Return shipping costs will be covered by JettingNozzles.com
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.
7. U.S.-Only Sales
JettingNozzles.com only sells and ships within the United States. Orders placed outside the U.S. or with international shipping addresses will not be processed.
